It is a known fact that most of us hate dieting, yet we still want to lose weight. This is a problem many of us face every day. We all want to look our best, especially when the summer months come around. We are mesmerized by so many delicious foods that we all know are to nice to walk away from. The challenge we are faced with every day is the fact that we need to change our attitude towards the food we eat in order to lose that unwanted belly fat. 

So, is it really possible to lose belly fat without actually dieting? The simple answer to this is a resounding.. Yes! Dieting is actually the hardest way to lose weight. In order to lose weight you must consider two things. 

One.
Eat less.

Two.
Burn more calories. 

It can be near impossible to eat less as we all enjoy that binge on unhealthy food now and again. In order to lose belly fat it is without doubt that exercise is the key to achieving this. 

Exercise has been proven to be the quickest and most reliable way to losing belly fat. With constant and regular exercise it is possible to lose weight. Even if you stick to your current eating habits you would still be able to lose weight by doing around 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. 

Once a regular exercise program is being used and the weight starts coming off you will gain more self confidence and inspiration too. As you progress through training you will feel the desire to eat more healthy foods. As with all exercise routines your eating habits will increase due to an active lifestyle. The secret to losing belly fat is to follow a simple exercise plan and stick with it, even if you have to get advice from someone else or find a friend to go to your local gym with. Starting any type of weight loss program can be hard enough, so you need to get motivated and if need be get advice from someone who has been where you are, after all it costs nothing to ask!-Rob Nurden
