1. Lay on right side on a padded surface, such as carpeting or a mat. Bend right elbow and place on floor, rest head on palm. Use left hand for stability by placing on flat the ground in front of you.

2. Tuck in buttocks, and abdomen. Place left leg bent, in front of right leg approximately at knee area. Keep right leg straight and lift up 10 inches, or as high as you can without straining. Hold for 5 seconds, and lower. Use a slow, even, and controlled motion for best results.

1. Stand up straight keeping your feet hip width apart. Extend arms straight out forward and slowly lower your body bending just your knees.

2. Keeping your back straight at all times, push your body back to starting position.

3. Do 10 squats to start with, increase reps by 10 gradually.

You Can Burn Thigh Fat Using What is Known as the Pendulum:

1. Lie flat on your back on the floor, arms extended straight out to the sides with palms down against the floor. With knees touching, lift legs up toward the ceiling.

2. Tilt pelvis toward the right, lifting butt cheek off of the floor. Return to start position and proceed to left side doing the same. Return to start position, and stretch legs out to the sides away from each other. Bring them back together again.

3. Repeat this system 15 times, and increase reps with time.
