Using lemon juice and baking soda.

This simple home acne remedy that will not irritate the skin on your face. What you want to do here is mix a couple of ounces of fresh lemon juice, and add a teaspoon of baking soda. Use this to exfoliate the skin. You also want to couple this with a little lemon on your clean skin, which you leave on that should not dry out your skin. Fresh Air

OK, I admit, this one is not so much a remedy, but a simple thing you can do to help with your acne; simply get fresh air. Now depending on where you live and the environment, this may be difficult. However, doing something as simply opening your windows to let fresh air in so you are not constantly breathing the same air can be very effective. Also, get plants. Plants naturally oxygenate and filter the air. Be sure to get some plants in your home for the best quality air possible.

Baking Soda

Another home acne remedy is to use baking soda on your face. baking soda, can be used as a scrub. The purpose of a scrub is to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin that can eventually clog pores and lead to acne spots. . What you want to do here is mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of water; this is for the cleansing. After your face is cleansed, mix 2 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of water to make the paste then apply on those acne spots. May sting inflamed areas, so be careful.

Tea tree oil

Why benzoyl peroxide may irritate your skin, tea tree oil has been proven to be one of the only oils you can apply directly to the skin. Tea tree oil is a great astringent — comparable to benzoyl peroxide with much less irritation. It is also great because you can apply it under make up. Make sure you do not go overboard and use too much.  Beware that it also has a strong scent.
