    1.The most important aspect of fat loss, is nutrition and when your nutrition is poor, then you will not be able to lose fat. Obviously it is very important to eat quality foods, that are high in nutritional value and help with fat loss. Your diet has to be well balanced with carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This means you should get 20% of your calories from healthy fats, 30% of your calories from lean proteins and 50% of your calories from quality carbohydrates.

    2.Exercise is essential as well and the quicker you want to get rid of hip and thigh fat, the more you have to exercise. Your exercise program has to contain both cardio and weight training. Very often women think that weight training is for muscleheads only, which is false. You can start with doing cardio 3-4 times per week and cardio 2-3 times per week.

    3.Another important aspect of losing body fat, is calories. Some people are lazy and don`t like to count calories, but this can be a big mistake. When you are counting calories, then you know exactly how many calories you can consume, in order to lose fat. Otherwise you are just guessing
